We hold all sorts of ideas and assumptions about what we should be doing and frequently feel uncomfortable or guilty if we don't achieve them. Other people always seem to be doing better.
Yet when we really ask who these other people are in reality we will usually find that they don't exist. They are simply projections of our own imagination about how other people seem to manage to do what we cannot.
Even if it were possible to name 'other people' it would still be the same message - be satisfied with what you want achieve, or have achieved, whether other people seem to be doing more or less than you. Find satisfaction with what you have. Be satisfied with who you are.
