When we are under stress usually the first things to go are the fun times. There's no time or you just don't feel like it. Always make sure that you have a good work to leisure ratio built into your pattern of life. If it isn't there do your best to create it.
Watch funny videos, listen to funny cassettes in the car, be with people who make you laugh, do what you most enjoy doing and do it regularly. It can be a lifesaver. The guru of laughter Norman Cousins who started the great laughter revival healed himself with laughter.
You don't even have to feel like fun. Just smile and even the physical act of smiling will help create that beneficial brain chemistry. Put on a happy face………….!!
