TRIGONOS, Snowdonia
Nearer to home in Snowdonia, Geoff uses the Trigonos Centre in the Nantlle Valley for residential courses. Trigonos is set in stunning mountain scenery in its own 18-acre lakeside grounds. The yoga takes place in a purpose-built hall.
Accommodation is almost all en suite in beautifully converted buildings. All food is included. Guests are free to use the grounds and the lake where boats are available when the weather is suitable. There are footpaths from the centre into the surrounding countryside and the seashore is only 3-4 miles away. Guided walks are arranged during the stay for those wishing to explore the surrounding Snowdon range.
Massage treatments are also usually available. Those travelling by train to Bangor station can be met by car by arrangement.
